    Top Hat has added a streamlined process for creating a new course and copying existing content into it. On the instructor dashboard, you will see a "doubled page" icon to the right of a course title. The Meiling system was completely redesigned, most notably, it now can better support a remote experience for students and can produce higher quality recordings.
