Due to the Academic Winter Recess (December 26 - January 1), the updates listed below have been made to the FY26 Period Close Department Fiscal Payroll Processing Calendar.
- The weekly payroll encumbrance adjustment run will not occur the week of December 29, but will resume as scheduled on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
- Because the costing allocation deadline for BW1 (12/14 - 12/27/25) falls during the Academic Winter Recess on Wednesday, December 31, it is strongly encouraged that all costing allocations be submitted and approved by end of business on Tuesday, December 23 to allow all staff to enjoy the Academic Winter Recess. However, the final day to make costing allocations, if needed, will remain as 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31.
