IT Help and Support

Outage Resolved: Academic Learning Management System (CarmenCanvas)

Access to CarmenCanvas and Canvas for Professional and Continuing Education have been restored by the university. You may need to log back in to the Canvas mobile app. Thank you for your patience as we worked diligently to restore system access following this national/international issue. Instructure is posting reports on their investigation; more information can be found on their website. Following any cybersecurity threat, all users should exercise additional caution related to possible phishing attempts. Do not respond to messages requesting personal information. For any additional updates, continue to check the university’s System Status page.
