Find ARC Resources on it.osu.edu

The Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI) has moved Administrative Resource Center (ARC) content into it.osu.edu, creating a more streamlined experience that makes it easier to find the information, training, and technology resources needed to get work done.

For years, the ARC has served as a valuable source of job aids, service information, and support resources for faculty and staff. As part of a broader effort to simplify Ohio State’s digital landscape and consolidate online resources, this content is being integrated into it.osu.edu, giving users a single destination for technology information, support, training, and administrative resources. While Workday information and training are currently located in the ARC, they will be moved elsewhere by year-end.

The move is designed to improve the user experience by reducing the need to navigate between multiple websites to complete related tasks. Instead of searching across separate sites, users will be able to access technology services, how-to guidance, training materials, and administrative support resources in one location. This aligns with OTDI’s broader focus on delivering a more coordinated, customer-centered experience across the university.

While the location of content is changing, the resources people depend on are not going away. Existing links will continue to work through redirects, helping ensure a smooth transition and minimizing disruption for users. As content was moved to its new home, pages were also reviewed to improve organization, accuracy, accessibility, and usability.

The result will be a more unified experience that helps faculty, staff, and students quickly find what they need, whether they are looking for technology services, training resources, administrative guidance, or support information. By bringing these resources together, Ohio State is creating a more intuitive digital experience and making it easier to connect with the tools and information that support teaching, learning, research, and administrative work.
