Updated PCard Tracking Log

To support a more efficient and user‑friendly process, updates to the PCard Tracking Log went into effect on February 20.

What’s New:

  • One consolidated Tracking Log now supports both travel and non‑travel business expenses, simplifying documentation.
  • Segmented worktag prompts have been added to ensure all required information is captured accurately and consistently.

Reminders:

  • The PCard Tracking Log is required when documenting transfer of custody, such as when a PCard is shared temporarily with an employee other than the PCardholder.
  • The Log may also be used to document approval for business purchases made with the PCard.
