OSU - Find Assets - The "OSU - Find Assets" report prompts will be updated to include a new "Grant Hierarchies" prompt as well as a "Worktags" prompt. The "Cost Center," "Grant," and "Project" prompts will be removed as the new "Worktags" field allows users to search for those three types of worktags, as well as all others. This change is being made to allow more versatility in prompting and to make the report better suited for use in report groups.
End users with saved filters or scheduled reports with values in the prompts to be replaced will need to re-save filters and schedules once updates are made.
Financial Transactions Awaiting Action Report Group and Reports - To allow users more flexibility in prompting, the "Cost Center" prompt on the report group "Financial Transactions Awaiting Action" will be replaced with a "Worktags" prompt. Two reports within this report group will also have changes.
- The "Business Processes Awaiting Action - Journal Detail" will also have the "Cost Center" prompt replaced with a "Worktags" prompt.
The "Accounting Adjustment Status - OSU" will have one new prompt for "Worktags (Prior and Proposed)" that replaces the separate prompts for "Proposed Cost Center" and "Prior Worktags." The "Exclude Proposed Worktags" prompt will also be replaced with one "Exclude Worktags (Prior and Proposed" prompt.
