  • Enhancements to Business Process Approval Times - Supplier Invoice Request Reporting

    A new column has been added to the "Business Process Approval Times - Supplier Invoice Request Detail" and "Business Process Approval Times - Supplier Invoice Request Summary" reports. This column captures the approval time for the Buyer approval role and was added to report on the recently implemented approval step for supplier invoice requests that exceed the bid limit.
  • Enhancement to Find Purchase Orders - Detailed Location Information

    The "Find Purchase Orders - Detailed Location Information" report has been enhanced to include the Purchase Order Line Requested Delivery Date field on the output of the report. This addition enables users to identify purchase order lines that have reached their requested delivery date but have not yet been received. It also allows for easier comparison between the requested delivery date and the actual receipt date.
  • Report Enhancement - Find Supplier Invoice Request (SIR) Summary - OSU

    The "Find Supplier Invoice Request (SIR) Summary - OSU" report has been enhanced to include additional fields from the Bid Waiver Data form. Users can now view the following information directly on the report output: Contract Number, Waiver Type, Waiver Category Code (for Central Purchasing use only), and Justification.
  • New Field for “Find Journal Lines - OSU - Posted Journals by Amount Type” Report

    A new Position ID field will be added to the "Find Journal Lines – OSU – Posted Journals by Amount Type" report on Monday, June 29. This update provides additional detail to help users better identify and analyze journal line activity.
  • Improvements to the Personnel/Non-Personnel Expenditure Summary Workday Reports

    Future-dated appointments are now removed from the Personnel Expenditure Summary report’s FTE column, and Trainee Stipends (Object Class 4200) expenses have been moved from the Non-Personnel Expenditure Summary to the Personnel Expenditure Summary. Object Class was added to the Drill Down for Non-Personnel Expenditure Summary.
  • Variance Analysis Reports Default Prompt Updates for FY26 Spring Forecast

    The “Forecast Plan Name” default prompt value has been updated to reflect the FY26 Spring Forecast being loaded on several Sources and Uses reports listed in the full post. Additionally, users utilizing saved filters for these reports may wish to update their saved filter using the “Manage my Saved Filters” task as previously saved filters will override the new defaults.
  • Find FDM Requests Report Enhancements

    The "Find FDM Requests" report has been updated to include the most recently added request types of "FDM Request: Create New or Edit Existing Balancing Unit" and "FDM Request: Worktag Inactivation." Prompts will no longer default values except for the "Initiated On or After Date," which will default to the beginning of the current fiscal year. The output of the report has an added column to display "All Accessible Comments" so users may review the new worktag value or comments from the business process.
  • “Purchase Orders with Documents Awaiting Action” Report

    A column for "Returns in Draft" has been added to the "Purchase Orders with Documents Awaiting Action" report. This change assists users in identifying documents that need to be cancelled or completed before the purchase order can be closed.
  • Enhancements to "Approval Times - Spend Authorization" Reporting

    Due to the recent addition of the Cost Center Director role in Spend Authorization workflow, new columns have been added to the following reports: "Approval Times - Spend Authorization Details," "Approval Times - Spend Authorization Summary" and the "Approval Times - Summary" report group. This change allows users to report on average approval times for this approval step.
  • Upcoming Change to “Find Assets Details - OSU” Report Access

    Effective May 25, the “Find Assets Details - OSU” report will be unshared for most users. This report was designed to display one row per asset share for assets with split funding, which can result in incomplete worktag information for assets without shares. For consistent and complete asset reporting, users should plan to use “Find Assets Summary - OSU” going forward.
