New Workday Training Tenant Available to All Users

A new Workday tenant is now available to all Ohio State Workday users for training and practice. Access in the training tenant will mirror access in production. All Ohio State Workday users have access to this training tenant; you do not need special security roles in order to use the training tenant. The tenant will be refreshed, or updated, from production every weekend, at minimum. The refresh timing is important because new employees and changes to existing employees, including access changes, will not be available in the tenant until it is refreshed.

Because the training tenant is a copy of production, you should protect information in the tenant the same way you protect information in production. And to be sure you know when you’re in production and when you’re in the training tenant, the branding for the training tenant is different – the main color is teal, the home icon is a buckeye leaf, and the home page banner clearly states that you are in a non-production tenant.
