Zoom has rolled out a new web experience that provides a unified, intuitive interface, making it easier to access key features and manage your account settings. The new interface has been available to CarmenZoom users as an option since the beginning of the fall semester, but it is now the default experience as of September 30, 2026. You can read an overview of the new interface in Zoom’s support documentation, or you can explore the changes by signing in at carmenzoom.osu.edu.
