As of Monday, October 20, at 7:10 p.m., access to CarmenCanvas has been restored. The system was unavailable due to the global Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage. Thank you for your patience while the system was down. If you encounter any issues as you once again begin to use CarmenCanvas, please report them to the Learning Systems team at carmen@osu.edu or by calling 614-688-4357 (HELP).
You can also continue to utilize the Ohio State System Status page for news or updates related to this, or other IT system issues.

CarmenCanvas is currently unavailable as the vendor addresses problems related to the global Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage on October 20. There is not currently a known restoration time. Please refer to the Ohio State System Status page for news or updates.
During the outage, online class course materials may be inaccessible. Students should connect with their instructors for any alternative plans. Notices will be sent once services are restored.
