New prompts have been added to the "Find Journal Lines - OSU Payroll Detail" report.
The prompts "Budget Date On or After" and "Budget Date On or Before" have been added to help narrow the report output to a specified budget date range. This is particularly helpful when reviewing data for OSP grants to determine effort dates associated with earnings.
Additionally, a new "Costing Source" column has been added to the output of this report. This allows users to trace journal lines to the costing allocation rule that generated the costing distribution. Please note, the costing source will only display for journals calculated on or after September 20, 2025 if they were created by an assigned costing allocation. If not created by the assign costing allocation business process, the field will be blank (e.g. Payroll Accounting Adjustments, Period Activity Pay, One Time Payments, Time Tracking Overrides, Central Earnings Overrides).
