New Reporting Updates as of June 2

The new reporting updates described below are current as of June 2.

Enhancement to Business Process Approval Times Reporting: A new column for the Office of Health Sciences Approval Time has been added to the output of the Business Process Approval Times reporting for Requisitions, Spend Authorizations, Expense Reports, and Miscellaneous Payment Requests. 

New Report: Find Procurement Mass Close Requests - OSU: A new report called "Find Procurement Mass Close Requests - OSU" is available to review procurement mass close requests. This report contains all information from the Workday-delivered "Find Procurement Mass Close Requests" report but has two additional fields on the output. The first is a Worktags field which will denote the worktags that were entered in the selection criteria when the mass close request was completed. The second is the "Initiator's CCH6 as of Request Date." The original Workday-delivered report will be retired end of day on Friday, June 6.

New Financial Report: Sources and Uses - Monthly Trending: A new financial trending report is now available. The new "Sources and Uses - Monthly Trending" report allows the user to select the Period, as well as worktag information and then will show Actuals broken out by each period in the respective Fiscal Year, along with Year-to-Date Encumbrances, Beginning and Ending Equity numbers. The report is modeled after other reports in the Sources and Uses suite and therefore contains the same ledger account expansion hierarchies.
