Graduate Associates Application and Hiring Process Enhancements

On Friday, May 27, several improvements related to Graduate Associates were applied in Workday. To streamline the application process, the following changes were made:

  • Removed questions on the Graduate Associate and Graduate Fellows application that were not being utilized by Talent Acquisition nor required for any reporting.
  • Removed the offer letter generation and requirements to send and sign for all Graduate Associates.
  • Updated the Period Activity Payment Document for Graduate Associates.
    • Updated taxation language.
    • Removed fields that are no longer being utilized.
    • Inserted language from the Graduate Associate offer letter to compensate for the absence of an offer letter.

 

There is no additional action required other than being aware of the changes.
