On Friday, May 27, several improvements related to Graduate Associates were applied in Workday. To streamline the application process, the following changes were made:
- Removed questions on the Graduate Associate and Graduate Fellows application that were not being utilized by Talent Acquisition nor required for any reporting.
- Removed the offer letter generation and requirements to send and sign for all Graduate Associates.
- Updated the Period Activity Payment Document for Graduate Associates.
- Updated taxation language.
- Removed fields that are no longer being utilized.
- Inserted language from the Graduate Associate offer letter to compensate for the absence of an offer letter.
There is no additional action required other than being aware of the changes.
