There is a known issue affecting Workday search results. Team members in OTDI have escalated this issue to Workday support and are working with technicians to identify the root cause and resolve the issue.
The most common issue is that the global search will not return the appropriate results when you search for a specific requisition or purchase order. In this case, you can use the Find Requisition Summary/Details or Find Purchase Order Summary/Details reports as a workaround until the issue is resolved.
Updates to this issue will be posted to the Workday Announcements field, which is visible upon log in.
