Beginning the week of May 16, non-student accounts in collections will be converted to Workday. This conversion out of Campus Solutions (SIS) may change where you view account balances.
Most balances held in the SIS ledger accounts of 12210 and 12050 will convert to the Workday ledger account 12000.
To review balances in Workday, use the General Ledger Balance report or the Find Journal Lines - OSU report. For balances remaining in SIS, continue to use the Student Financial Reports in Tableau.
Accounts in collections with combined student-related and non-student related debt will remain in SIS. Student debt includes tuition and fees related to a student's enrollment, such as the instructional fee and general fee. Non-student debt includes collection referrals to the Office of the University Bursar. Examples include Student Health Center charges and Library charges.
A full review of the invoice conversion will occur in test environments first. Once the test is successful, the conversion will be scheduled. The goal is to complete the conversion by Friday, May 20, 2022.
As a reminder, only non-student debt will be converted to Workday.
