The Sourcing Team has awarded a new university-wide contract to 14 full-service catering suppliers after a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process. These contracts include pre-negotiated pricing and terms with trusted and qualified local providers and are now available for use across the university.
Each contracted supplier is responsible for delivering a comprehensive catering experience, including:
- Food preparation and delivery
- On-site service by dedicated staff
- Provision of serving equipment, tableware, and linens
- Complete event setup and cleanup
- Excellent customer service throughout the event
Departments using these services must follow all applicable University purchasing policies.
