The Change Job business process in Workday has been updated to improve its look and feel, making the workflow more efficient.
Here’s what you need to know.
- Streamlined View - Data and fields displayed are now reorganized hiding those that aren’t relevant to the process. This means a more focused view with only the essential fields available. Some fields that may have been previously editable might no longer be visible or may now be read-only. Some data and fields have also been moved to new locations when changes for an employee are initiated (FTE, Location, or Shift).
- New Sidebar - a new sidebar will display the employee’s current information as changes are being made, providing quick access to key details.
Job aids found on the Administrative Resource Center have been updated to reflect these changes, including the Change Job Details job aid.
