A new "Approval Times - Software Request Details" report is available to review the approval times for each approval step in the request workflow for software preapproval requests.
We’ve introduced a new "Approval Times - Software Request Details" report that provides visibility into approval times for each step in the software preapproval workflow.
Approval times are shown in calendar days (not business days). In addition to timing, the report includes key approval details such as:
- Who approved the request
- Date and time initiated and completed
- Send-back actions
- Ad hoc approvals
The report also displays request-specific information, including the software requested, requesting department, requester, and funding details.
