The new reporting updates described below are active beginning now through month-end.
Enhancement: Equity Balances by Balancing/Carry Forward Worktags - Monthly Trending: A new prompt "Exclude Worktags" has been added to the "Equity Balances by Balancing/Carry Forward Worktags - Monthly Trending" report. This is to allow users to reduce the amount of data output and creates consistency with other reports in the Equity Balances by Balancing/Carry Forward Worktags suite.
Coming Soon: Changes to Find Purchase Order Details - OSU: Coming Tuesday, September 23, a new column for the purchase order "Line Memo" will be added to the output of the "Find Purchase Order Details - OSU" report. This is to help users delineate between line items that have similar item descriptions. The output field "Currency" will be removed as purchase orders are in USD and no currency distinction is needed.
Coming Soon: Business Process Approval Times - Miscellaneous Payment Request Enhancement: To correspond with the workflow changes coming to Miscellaneous Payment Requests, the HCM Supplier Approver step will be added to the output of the "Business Process Approval Times - Miscellaneous Payment Request Summary" report as well as the "Business Process Approval Times - Miscellaneous Payment Request Details" report. This change will take place the week of September 29.
