As part of the Managed IT Services (MITS) transition, the Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI) will simplify how shared drives are organized for University Libraries.
The I, J, K and L drives will be combined into a single, consolidated folder located on the K drive. This update will take place during the Shared Directory and Endpoint Services (SDES) migration.
No action is required and files will remain available after the drive mapping. Employees may also notice additional folders as part of the move, but not be able to access them.
Windows users should note the below drive name changes.
