As part of the Managed IT Services (MITS) transition, the Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI) will simplify how shared drives are organized for University Libraries.

The I, J, K and L drives will be combined into a single, consolidated folder located on the K drive. This update will take place during the Shared Directory and Endpoint Services (SDES) migration. 

As part of the Managed IT Services (MITS) transition, the Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI) will move your individual work drive (H Drive) files to OneDrive, Microsoft’s cloud-based storage, on Monday, April 27. This move, originally scheduled for Monday, April 13, continues the work to align with university standards, improve file security and gives you easier access to your files from any device.  

As shared in early February, University Libraries is transitioning to a Managed IT Services (MITS) Core partner through the Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI).
