Join us as we explore storage solutions available to faculty, staff, and students—OneDrive, Teams, and more. Please note: these sessions are open only to university faculty and staff; Medical Center colleagues use different storage solutions, so recommendations may not apply.
While the university doesn’t currently enforce storage limits, responsible digital storage management remains a key priority. Learn best practices for organizing and managing files, using archiving and retention features, and understanding how the university’s Storage Directory and retention policies enable secure, sustainable data management. Sessions will take place later this year and continue into 2026.

These sessions are free, but registration is required. We do not plan to post a public recording, but attendees will be able to access it through Microsoft Stream. Medical Center employees will not be able to register.
