  • CarmenCanvas: Edit Sections Now Available

    As of November 19, Manage Participants has the Edit Sections feature. With this tool you can now change the section enrollments of your course participants at any time. For more information, visit the Teaching and Learning Resource Center .
  • Introducing Ally: Support for Digital Accessibility in CarmenCanvas 

    A new accessibility tool, Ally in CarmenCanvas, is now available to help faculty and instructors make steady, verifiable progress toward meeting upcoming federal ADA Title II requirements. This tool identifies accessibility barriers, provides clear guidance for improvements, and offers alternative formats for many materials—supporting both instructors and students.

  • Update: CarmenCanvas Restored

    As of Monday, October 20, at 7:10 p.m., access to CarmenCanvas has been restored. The system was unavailable due to the global Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage.

  • CarmenCanvas Archived Course Labeling

    OTDI will begin adding an “archived” label to CarmenCanvas courses from previous semesters to help instructors more easily identify current courses that must be made accessible.
