CarmenCanvas: Personal Access Tokens
In May, Learning Systems disabled the ability for users to create personal access tokens. Since then, Instructure (the vendor for Canvas) has expired all existing personal tokens and implemented some additional security controls. CarmenCanvas Landing Page Has a New Look
On the afternoon of July 28, Ohio State students and instructors will start to see the redesigned CarmenCanvas landing page. The updated site was created to provide a better user experience with a modern design and improved accessibility. -
Mediasite: Updated Retention Policy
In an effort to manage storage costs and more easily identify media content that must be made accessible per federal Title II regulations, OTDI will soon be enforcing an updated retention policy in Mediasite. Once implemented, content that has not been viewed in five years will be archived for one year before being permanently deleted. -
