LMS Scanning Tool RFP Now Open
The Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI) is leading a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an accessibility scanning tool to be integrated within the CarmenCanvas learning management system (LMS) and other Canvas instances. This application will enhance digital accessibility initiatives to improve accessibility to course content led by the ADA Digital Accessibility Center and OTDI's Digital Accessibility Services. -
Mediasite Undergoes Service Improvement Project
In response to feedback, the Learning Systems team in OTDI launched a service improvement plan to strategically enhance Mediasite. Updates included automated captioning, browser-based recording, and an improved experience within Canvas. -
Evaluating and Improving the Learning Systems Toolset: A Look Back at Academic Year 2024
The LSI team recently compiled data for academic year 2024 from survey responses, service tickets, and usage data—and the results highlight instructor and student satisfaction with the Learning Systems toolset as well as the impressive impact these tools have on the teaching and learning experience at Ohio State.
