If your privacy concern involves your health record:
- Contact the unit where you received health care.

If your privacy concern involves information outside of your health record:
- Consider speaking with your supervisor or another appropriate person in your department, school or unit who may be able to help.
- Send an email to privacy@osu.edu for the privacy team to respond to.

Use the concern reporting options provided by the Office of University Compliance and Integrity to raise a question or concern. Popular options are emailing the Office and/or making an anonymous report via EthicsPoint, a third-party vendor.
If you have a security or privacy concern or need to report a security incident, such as a potential data exposure or loss, please send an email to the Digital Security and Trust Incident Response Team.
