New Job Aid: Complete an Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Template
If you create EIBs to mass load data into Workday, you may find the newly published Complete an Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Template job aid helpful. Key concepts include how to structure a transaction using spreadsheet key and row ID (with common examples), the general process for uploading an EIB template to Workday once it’s prepared, and how to troubleshoot failed uploads. Use this job aid, found in the Finance section of the Administrative Resource Center, in conjunction with the task-specific EIB templates you use to upload data.
PCard Distribution Update
All new applications for a PCard and/or requests for replacement due to loss/fraud will be available for in-person pick-up at 901 Woody Hayes (Blankenship Hall) effective September 1, 2021. Cards requested on or before August 25, 2021 will be routed to the location referenced on the application or as discussed with the PCard Office. See full NewsLink article for details.
Workday Release 2021R2 Coming on Sat. 9/11
Workday has two major releases of enhancements and new functionality annually. The second release of 2021, named 2021R2 by Workday, is scheduled for Saturday, September 11, from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. Workday will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Many of the changes coming in the release are behind the scenes and will not be immediately noticeable. A Workday 2021R2 job aid is available in the Administrative Resource Center that explains the system changes that will be noticeable in more detail.

New Job Aid Available: Procuring Goods and Services
A new job aid has been created which explains the seven methods for procuring goods and services in priority order. eReports, BuckIQ, and database December 2021 retirements
eReports and BuckIQ will be retired on Friday, December 31, 2021. Historical PeopleSoft data (from 12/31/20 and prior) will only be available through historical reports in Tableau, archived reports in EDM, and by working with key central unit reporting teams. In addition, the databases for these reporting systems will also be retired, including: Financial Data Warehouse (DWRPT), Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDWRPT), Employee Analytics (EA), and GL Analytics Mart (DWRPT). Student data eReports and BuckIQ reports will also be moving to new tools.
