Workday unavailable due to planned maintenance - Sat. 4/10 from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Workday will be unavailable due to planned monthly maintenance on Saturday, April 10, from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. 

Kronos and external dormakaba time clocks will be available, but employees using Workday to clock in and out should enter their hours once Workday is online. 

Downtime reminders for Health System Supply Chain users:

Supply Ordering:
- Order Friday, April 9, 2021 before 10 p.m.
- Or: Order after 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2021.
Package Deliveries:
- Packages will be received and delivered after 10 a.m.
- Contact distribution at 3-7759 for packages which require immediate delivery during downtime.
Storeroom Ordering:
- Continue to order via the online Distribution Storeroom Catalog, as downtime will not affect this process.
