Workday will be unavailable due to planned monthly maintenance on Saturday, November 20, from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Kronos and external dormakaba time clocks will be available, but employees using Workday to clock in and out should enter their hours once Workday is online.

Downtime reminders for Health System Supply Chain users:
Supply Ordering
Order Friday, November 19 before 10 p.m., or after 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 20.
Package Deliveries
Packages will be received and delivered after 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 20. Contact distribution at 614-293-7759 for packages which require immediate delivery during downtime.
Storeroom Ordering
Continue to order via the Distribution Storeroom Catalog, as downtime will not affect this process.
