Enterprise Document Management System Downtime and Upgrade

On Saturday, May 22, the campus instance of OnBase, Enterprise Document Management (EDM), will be upgraded. EDM service will be unavailable during the upgrade on Saturday, May 22 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Next Steps:

If you use the Unity client: 

  • Export Scan Formats - Scan formats will be deleted during the Unity client update. If you use a scanner with OnBase, please export your scan formats before 5 p.m. Friday, May 21. Follow these instructions to export. 

After the upgrade:

  • If you use the Web client, there are no changes that you need to make. Update any EDM documentation your unit has created to reflect any visual changes with OnBase Foundation EP3.
  • If you use the Unity client, make sure you are using Unity Foundation EP3 when attempting to access OnBase.
  • If you use a scanner with OnBase, import your scan formats by following the attached document.
