From 10 a.m. on Friday, September 23, until 11 a.m. on Sunday, September 25, PeopleSoft Buckeye Link services (Campus Solutions/Student Information System) will be unavailable due to planned maintenance. The maintenance window is longer than usual and will result in changes to system navigation. Workday has two major releases of enhancements and new functionality annually. The second release of 2021, named 2021R2 by Workday, is scheduled for Saturday, September 11, from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. Workday will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Many of the changes coming in the release are behind the scenes and will not be immediately noticeable. A Workday 2021R2 job aid is available in the Administrative Resource Center that explains the system changes that will be noticeable in more detail .
OCIO technicians will be performing maintenance on the Finance System from 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 18 until midnight on Sunday, August 19 , which will affect eRequest, eTravel and eReports/Data Warehouse. Those services will be unavailable during the maintenance period. In addition, the Wexner Medical Center's eMaterials (eMat) service will also be unavailable during the same maintenance window.
