Summer GFA Expenses

Most Summer 2021 Graduate Fee Authorization (GFA) expenses were posted on Wednesday, 7/7/21. The target date for remaining expenses that will be manually posted is Friday, 7/16/21. To review Summer 2021 GFA expenses, run the Find Journal Lines – OSU report:

  • Company = All Companies
  • Year/Period/Ledger = FY2022/Jul-01/Actuals
  • Journal Sources = Graduate Fee Authorization Expense
  • Worktags = Varies (for example, Cost Center, Cost Center Hierarchy, Grant, Spend Category)

 

The Financial Considerations section of the Graduate Fee Authorization job aid has been updated including troubleshooting tips for expenses that post to unexpected funding.
