9/19 Planned maintenance affects Finance, HR and Student applications

During the weekend of Saturday, September 19, OCIO technicians will be performing maintenance that will affect multiple applications within the realm of our HR, Finance and Student systems.

From 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 19 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, September 20, the following PeopleSoft Human Resources and Buckeye Link (Campus Solutions/Student Information System) services will be unavailable including:

  • PeopleSoft HR
  • Student Center functions accessed through Buckeye Link
  • Faculty Center
  • Grad Recommendation
  • Curriculum

 

From 7 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, the following Finance-related systems will be unavailable:

  • PeopleSoft Finance
  • eMat service (Wexner Medical Center eMaterials)
  • Employee Self Service
  • eReports/Data Warehouse
  • eRequest
  • eTime and eLeave
  • eTravel

The Ohio State App will not be affected by the downtime.
