ASSIST Online Help Discontinued March 31

Effective, Wednesday, March 31, the ASSIST online help pages will be discontinued. These pages were used largely for our former PeopleSoft-based administrative systems.

With the implementation of Workday, the new Administrative Resource Center (ARC) is the primary tool used to find answers to most of your employee and manager Workday questions. In addition to providing Workday help information, you may have noticed the ARC also provides specific sections containing instructional guides, job aids, video demos and more for many of Ohio State's other IT services, including Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive applications.
