Workday will be unavailable due to planned quarterly maintenance on Saturday, May 22, from 2 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Kronos and external dormakaba time clocks will be available, but employees using Workday to clock in and out should enter their hours once Workday is available again.
Downtime reminders for Health System Supply Chain users:
Supply Ordering:
- Order Friday, May 21, before 10 p.m.
- Or: Order after 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 22.
Package Deliveries:
- Packages will be received and delivered after 2 p.m.
- Contact distribution at 3-7759 for packages which require immediate delivery during downtime.
Storeroom Ordering:
- Continue to order via the online Distribution Storeroom Catalog, as downtime will not affect this process.
