The reallocation deadline for April 2020 is Wednesday, April 29.
4/4 Maintenance affects the Student Systems
During the weekend of Saturday, April 4, OCIO technicians will be performing maintenance that will affect multiple applications within the realm of the Student systems.
From 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 4 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 5, the following Buckeye Link (Campus Solutions/Student Information System) services will be unavailable.

Workday Timeline Extended
Due to impacts of the coronavirus outbreak on the university community, Ohio State leaders have extended the initial Workday implementation timeline by six months. The university community must be focused at this time on patient care, online course delivery and other critical services. Enterprise Project leaders are developing a plan to accommodate new December 2020 and January 2021 deployment dates. Ohio State’s Workday Student implementation, slated to begin in 2023, remains unchanged. Read more on the Enterprise Project site.
Water Delivery Changes Due to COVID-19
Effective Wednesday, March 25, Magnetic Springs will place all Ohio State accounts on a "will call" basis until the end of June. This means that Magnetic Springs will only deliver to locations that call or email with water requests. Magnetic Springs will make deliveries to the Columbus campus one day a week, and possibly more frequently based on demand. Magnetic Springs and the university believe this is the best way to continue delivery while also keeping employees safe during the coronavirus response period.

During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) response period, local hotels are extending offers to all Ohio State University and Wexner Medical Center employees. Updates to Central Receiving, Mail Services and other P2P Operations
Central Receiving and Mail Services remain open during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) response period.
In an effort to keep you updated, UNIV Procure to Pay (P2P) websites will be posting daily updates.
Visit University Account Payable, Central Receiving, Mail Services, Purchasing and Surplus sites for detailed information regarding hours of operation, deliveries, check runs and other services provided.
University Bookstore Order Delays
University bookstore locations (Gateway, Ohio Union and Tuttle) remain closed as part of the precautions being taken during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) response period to ensure the safety of students, faculty and staff.
While eRequest remains online and Barnes & Noble orders can still be placed, B&N orders will not start being fulfilled until after March 31.

During the weekend of Saturday, March 14, OCIO technicians will be performing maintenance that will affect multiple applications within the realm of our HR, Finance and Student systems.
From 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 14 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 15, several PeopleSoft Human Resources and Buckeye Link (Campus Solutions/Student Information System) services will be unavailable.
In addition, from 7 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, several Finance-related systems will be unavailable.
