New activities have been released in the Cybersecurity for You (C4U) awareness platform.

BuckeyePass, powered by Duo Security, is Ohio State’s method of multi-factor authentication, assisting in keeping our systems safe and helping us stay ahead of security threats. Beginning Friday, September 30, job titles from the "Position Title" field in Workday will integrate with Identity Management as employees are hired or as new HR actions occur.

An upcoming logic update for the "Credit Card Transactions - OSU" report may result in some users losing their saved filters. Users with saved filters for the "Cost Center" and "Cost Center Hierarchy Level 6" prompts may be required to update their saved prompt filters. The logic is being updated on these fields to provide more accurate report results. 

New tips and tricks information on the Supplier Invoice Request (SIR) process has been added to the Business and Finance website. This information provides users with an overview of the business process and a crosswalk to additional resources.

National Payroll Week begins on Monday, September 5!

Since our organization supports many systems and processes that enable university faculty and staff to be paid, National Payroll Week is important to us all!

In 1996, the American Payroll Association founded National Payroll Week to coincide with the celebration of Labor Day.

From 10 a.m. on Friday, September 23, until 11 a.m. on Sunday, September 25, the following PeopleSoft Buckeye Link services (Campus Solutions/Student Information System) will be unavailable due to planned maintenance, including:
