The Recruiting Instructions field in Workday was recently removed from new job requisition requests, and, as of May 26, this field has also been removed when editing a job requisition. Outlined below is a summary of the recent changes related to recruiting instructions and job requisitions as it relates to the Scheduled Weekly Hours project.

**Date Reschedule**

On Friday, May 27, several improvements related to Graduate Associates were applied in Workday. To streamline the application process, the following changes were made:

The PCard Office is offering two open working sessions to assist with year-end responsibilities to ensure PCard transactions are processed with an approved Expense Report by the end of the fiscal year (June 30, 2022). Check out the full Business and Finance PCard post for more details and links for joining each session.

Starting in July 2022, Workday will use position restrictions to identify Full Time Equivalency (FTE). This change in process will further assist leadership at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, to generate accurate Position Control reports for vacant positions without corresponding job requisitions.

University Procurement/AP Office hours will be conducted approximately every two weeks. Use the MS Team link to join.  

The updated schedule is as follows. Timing for all dates is from 1 - 2 p.m.
