Before picking up your loan device, you must request a loan and complete the Docusign agreement you received in your student email account. You can view and sign your Docusign agreement by logging in to account.docusign.com using your name.#@osu.edu as your email/username.
Please note that only students who have been awarded financial aid can submit a loan request. We have a limited pool of devices, and there may be times where we are unable to meet demand for loan requests. When possible, we suggest picking up your loan early in the semester while devices are still available. Thank you for your understanding.
Columbus Campus Pickup
After you sign your DocuSign agreement, pick up your loaner device at the BuckeyeBar in Thompson Library between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
A photo ID is required for pickup. No appointment is needed.
Regional Campus Pickup
Contact your local IT help desk to schedule a time for pickup. Find regional help desk information on the IT@OSU site under In-Person Support.
