How do I remove training from my transcript?

For help removing training from your transcript, contact the IT Service Desk.

How do I retake training?

If the course is on your completed transcript, you can launch the training from there. If you cannot, search for the training and re-request it, then take it from your transcript.

I already completed a compliance training, but it's on my transcript again. Why?

If you have been assigned compliance training that you have previously completed, it may be for one or more of the following reasons:

  1. Compliance training is frequently assigned every year, even if you have previously completed the same course
  2. Sometimes the title of the course looks similar to a previous year's title, but it is a different course on the same topic

If you have any questions about why you have been assigned compliance training, contact your supervisor.

I completed a training but now it says I’m registered again. What happened?

There are two common reasons why you may have previously-completed training back on your transcript in a registered status:

  1. An administrator made changes to the course and decided those changes were significant enough that those who had completed the course needed to see them
  2. You were reassigned the training, even though you had already completed it

To find more information, review the Assignment and Version History section of the training details of that course from your transcript. If you don’t see an answer to your question there, contact your supervisor.

I completed training, but it’s not marking me complete. What’s wrong?

Review the Take and Complete Training guide.

Be sure you have completed all pre-work, post-work, prerequisites, evaluation, and acknowledgement requirements.

If an online course is not completing, ensure that you have reviewed it completely.

If you are having trouble completing a curriculum, be sure you have completed all required parts of it.

If you are still having trouble, contact the IT Service Desk.

I was in progress for a training but now it says I’m registered. What happened?

An administrator made changes to the course and decided they were significant enough that those still in progress in the course needed to see them.

I was listed as a no show for an in-person training I attended. How do I fix this?

Review the training details for the course and contact the training contact.

To see who assigned training to you, review the Assignment and Version History section of the training details of that course. If you don’t see an answer to your question there, contact your supervisor.
