I have read everything but still have questions, do you offer one-on-one training?

We apologize if this guide alone is not enough to answer all of your questions. While we do not host routine training sessions, we are always happy to assist you in achieving your digital signage goals. Feel free to reach out to our team.

What should I do if I have an issue with another piece of hardware

Unfortunately, the digital signage team is not able to directly assist with hardware issues outside of the player itself. If you are having problems with an installation, we recommend that you reach out to the group that installed it.

What should I do if I have issues with a sign?

Just like all other technology, signs can act up from time to time. If it happens once in a while, we recommend simply unplugging the power to the device, waiting a couple of seconds, and then plugging it back in. Typically, this is enough to kickstart the player back into action. If this does not fix it, or if it only temporarily fixes things, then we likely have a larger issue at play.

Please collect at least one of the following pieces of information from the CMS or device:

  • ID
  • Display Name
  • Asset Tag
  • MAC Address

and include it in a self-service request, attn: Digital Signage Support. Or reach out to your local IT or to the IT Service Desk via email or calling (614)688-4357(HELP).

What should I do if I have issues with the Content Management System (CMS)
