Each Relationship Manager works with a specific set of business units and colleges at Ohio State. We are committed to understanding the needs of each area and building relationships with the people who keep the university moving forward. We support all units at the university, including our Managed IT Services partners.

For units under Managed IT Services (MITS), IT RMs are indispensable. We are their local leader to organize IT service owners, troubleshoot escalations, understand the uniqueness of each unit and champion service improvement. IT RMs transform cost transparency into a strategic advantage by utilizing the MITS model to drive optimization through data-driven analysis and tailored strategies, enabling units to make informed decisions that drive efficiency. Our expertise extends beyond technology and business; we build relationships at every level, from Deans to frontline staff, to personalize central IT services promoting a culture of collaboration and trust.

For Distributed IT partners, IT RMs serve as invaluable strategic resources, sharing best practices, facilitating collaboration, and bridging communication gaps. IT RMs advocate for OTDI services, ensuring distributed teams are aware and aligned with university-wide initiatives. IT RMs also solicit and bring back feedback to shape, refine and continuously improve those same OTDI services.
