Governance

Our governance model works to develop policies and procedures in a collaborative environment involving colleagues from across the university. 

The Disaster Recovery (DR) Program’s governance is the responsibility of the Chief Information Security Officer and the Security and Trust Advisory Board.  

DR Coordinators in colleges and units across the university, including the Wexner Medical Center, assist the DR team with making cross-unit and university-wide recommendations and ensure recovery plans are in place for the efficient and effective resumption of critical functions in the event of unscheduled downtime.    

Governance helps to ensure DR Information Security Control Standards are being followed though processes like the DR CARE model.
