Disaster Recovery Coordinators
Staff from across the university and Wexner Medical Center serve as unit liaisons with Digital Security and Trust for disaster recovery activities.
Disaster Recovery (DR) Coordinators help provide feedback, improve disaster recovery knowledge, and learn from other unit’s experiences.
Role and Responsibilities
Execution of disaster recovery activities or coordinating the execution of DR activities in their unit.
Primary point of contact(s) for DR matters and activities for their unit.
Share information and coordinate with the Security Coordinator in their unit.
Attend DR Coordinator quarterly meetings.
Provide input and feedback on standards, guidelines, requirements, and best practices proposed by the DR Program.
Participate in DR events, root cause analysis, and work to close gaps in backup and recovery planning.
