As the situation in Ukraine and eastern Europe evolves, many Buckeyes are reaching out with concerns about how this conflict could affect our systems and the university, should there be an increase in cybersecurity threats. Our Digital Security and Trust team is always on the job, with numerous tools looking for vulnerabilities and potential issues around the clock. As always, our Ohio State community plays a major part in keeping the university safe.

Have you wondered how to access commonly used tasks and reports in Workday more easily? Do you have difficulty remembering an obscurely named report or all the search parameters to select when running a report? Would you like to learn how to use shortcuts and favorites to quickly navigate to the information you most often use? If you are curious about any of these features, this session is for you!

The "Find Assets" report allows users to view, analyze, and take action on individual business asset lifecycle events or edit the business asset.  

The report received the listed enhancements during the week of February 21.

Enhancement highlights for the "Credit Card Transactions - OSU" report:

Two Workday reports, "Find Requisitions" and "Find Requisitions by Unit - OSU" will be decommissioned on March 31, 2022.  These reports will be replaced by two new reports coming soon named "Find Requisition Summary - OSU" and "Find Requisition Details - OSU."  Users with saved filters for "Find Requisitions" and "Find Requisitions by Unit - OSU" are asked to delete them prior to the decommission date.

Each February, the Ohio State community comes together to celebrate Buckeye Love. This year, the emphasis for our celebration is kindness. What better day to celebrate than National Random Acts of Kindness Day on Thursday, Feb. 17.

Buckeyes across the university are being called to share kindness with one another, both in-person and virtually. We are asking all students, faculty, staff and university partners to embrace the opportunity to create connections that bring joy and inspire others to do the same.
