General Technical Support:

Open a ticket with our support team by logging into the IT Self Service page below. We are generally able to assist within 5 business days.

 LOST OR STOLEN DEVICES

 

Repairs:

If your device or accessories have been physically damaged, please do not repair the device on your own or take the device to a third-party repair shop. All device repairs and replacements are handled through Ohio State. Bring your entire STLP loaner kit (device and accessories) to the Equipment Loan Window at 030 Enarson or the BuckeyeBar in Thompson Library. The costs for repairs or a replacement will be added to your student account. Once you pay the charges through BuckeyeLink, you may pick up a replacement device as long as you remain eligible. Billing Support:

Students who do not return or renew their loans by the due date are subject to charges for the cost of replacing the device kit. In all cases, charges will be adjusted or refunded within 3 business days after returning or renewing your loan. 

Please note that unpaid charges can result in a university financial hold that will prevent you from registering for classes. We suggest handling outstanding charges as quickly as possible. For additional assistance with charges, please reach out to studenttechnologyloan@osu.edu
