Lost or Stolen Devices

Per the Student Technology Loan Program technology agreement, the replacement cost of any lost or stolen devices will be charged to the student account of the borrower. Please contact our team as soon as possible so we can lock down the device and work to recover it. Any charges will be removed upon recovery of the device. 

To have the replacement cost waived and to receive a new loaner device, you must file a police report for the lost or stolen device. The police report must include the serial number for the stolen device, as well as the name of the borrowing student. Police reports can be submitted as a PDF to our team by opening a ticket at the link below and attaching a copy of the complete police report.
