Globus is an automated parallel transfer application using GridFTP for data transfers, enabling you to move your data quickly, securely and reliably to and from locations you have access to.
It is used worldwide in the research community for moving data from instruments, laptops, desktops, clusters, tapes and high-performance storage arrays.
The University implementation of Globus is to be used only with data types S1 through S3. If you wish to transfer S4, CUI, or other categories of information, please email OTDI-infrastructure-solutions@osu.edu before doing so.
