To transfer data that resides on local disks of a personal computer, lab computer or server you must install the Globus Connect Personal application. (available for Windows, Mac and Linux)
- Go to Globus Connect Personal
- Choose your operating system, click on “Install Now” a page will be displayed with a download link and step by step instructions on how to install and configure your first Collection.
- Once your new collection is setup you can check on this and start transferring files by opening the Globus Web Application, click on (1) “Collections” then select (2) “Administered By You” filter.
