Virtual Desktop can be used on any device whether it is managed by OTDI or another area on campus. Departments at the university can purchase access to the Azure Virtual Desktop for an additional fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
Shortcut Keys do not seem to be working?
Shortcut keys will only work in the virtual environment when it is in Full Screen mode.
Why is the screen blurry when logging into the Windows App?
This has been reported on Chrome and may be associated with an extension that is installed. A work around is to use an icognito window in Chrome, or use a different browser. Additionally it does not affect the user experiance once the connection is completed. Clicking the blurred blue button on the right will allow the connection to proceed and the "blur" will disappear.
